What types of trips do you plan?
Endless Palm Travel plans personalized vacations including Caribbean getaways, all-inclusive vacations, cruises, romantic trips, family and group travel, solo adventures, international guided tours, and custom itineraries.
I can also coordinate flights, transportation, excursions, and car rentals as part of your overall trip.
Do you only book Caribbean vacations?
The Caribbean is one of our main specialties, but we also plan vacations throughout Mexico, Central America, Europe, and other international destinations.
Do you book flights only?
No. We do not offer flights-only booking. Airfare can be included as part of a complete vacation package when available.
What is included in your travel planning service?
Depending on your trip, we can help with resorts and hotels, flights, transfers, cruises, excursions, tours, travel protection, car rentals, and other travel arrangements. We bring the pieces together so you do not have to coordinate everything yourself.
How do I get started?
Start by completing our Plan My Trip questionnaire. Tell us about your dates, budget, destination ideas, travel style, and what you are looking for, and we’ll take it from there.
Do I need to know exactly where I want to go?
Not at all. If you have a general idea of the experience you want, your budget, and your travel dates, we can help narrow down destinations and options that fit.
Do you charge a planning fee?
For most vacation packages, our planning and support are provided at no additional cost because travel suppliers already include travel-agent commission in their pricing. Planning fees may apply to select complex or highly customized trips and will always be discussed upfront.
Will booking through you cost more than booking online myself?
In many cases, we have access to the same supplier pricing you would find online, along with special promotions, resort credits, or added amenities when available. Pricing can vary by supplier and promotion, so we always compare available options for your trip.
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and final payment dates vary by supplier and reservation.
How much is required to book my vacation?
Many vacation packages can be secured with a deposit rather than full payment. The amount depends on the supplier, airline, resort, cruise line, and travel dates.
Can I make payments toward my trip?
Many suppliers allow you to make additional payments after your initial deposit, as long as the balance is paid by the final payment deadline.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Most reservations are paid directly to the travel supplier using a major credit or debit card. Available payment options vary depending on the supplier.

What happens if something goes wrong while I’m traveling?
You are not on your own after booking. If an issue comes up, we can help you understand your options and work with the appropriate travel supplier whenever possible.
Do I need a passport for my trip?
It depends on your destination and citizenship. International travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct passport and entry documents before departure.
Can you tell me whether I need a visa?
We can point you toward the appropriate official resources, but travelers are ultimately responsible for verifying and obtaining any required visas or entry documents.
Do I need vaccinations or other health documentation?
Requirements vary by destination and can change. Travelers should review current guidance from official government and health authorities before departure.

We save you time and stress by researching destinations, comparing resorts and packages, coordinating the details, and helping you choose options that fit your travel style and budget. You also have a real person to contact before, during, and after your trip.
Do you personally visit the destinations you recommend?
Whenever possible, yes. We regularly travel, tour resorts, and experience destinations firsthand so we can provide insight that goes beyond an online search.
Can you help with group travel?
Yes. We can assist with family vacations, friends trips, celebrations, and other group travel. Group requirements vary depending on the destination and supplier.
Do you work with solo travelers?
Absolutely. Solo travel is one of the experiences we plan, whether you want an all-inclusive vacation, cruise, guided tour, or a more customized itinerary.
